Preparation Is Key
What to Expect When we ask you to visit with us on site, you will meet at least one representative from the Human Resource Recruiting group, as well as individuals from various Koch companies. These Koch company representatives members are generally potential hiring managers or team members of the company in which you are being considered for a role. Each interview meeting will last approximately 45 minutes. You should be prepared to answer both general questions about your background, as well as specific questions that will detail projects you have worked on or situations you have encountered in your previous employment. Try to provide as much detail as possible in your responses (ie: I worked on this project with these individuals, encountered this problem, solved it this way and then received this kind of feedback). Following the Interview After your day with us has ended, the Koch company representatives will meet to determine the results of your interview. Typically, you will receive communication of whether an offer with a Koch company will be extended or not within two weeks of your interview. Ask A Recruiter Do you have additional questions about interviewing at a Koch company? Or other career related questions? Send us an email. We will do our best to answer questions regarding your application, where you are currently in our process, queries about your career search or our Selection Process.
