Conducting your job search

Job listings only appear when they contain the keyword you enter.

DO’S:

Separate keywords with commas.
Be aware, if you use two or more words together, the search engine will look for those words aligned in the text. For example, if the keywords “admin assistant” do not produce results, try “administrative assistant” since this exact phrase appears in our postings.
You may use parts of words instead of entire words. For instance, you could perform a search using “admin”. Your search results would return job titles such as: Contract Administrator; Administrative Assistant; or Records Administration Specialist.

DON’TS:

Do not include keywords such as “and”, “or”, “not”, etc.
Do not use quotation marks to search for a specific phrase.
Do not use parentheses to nest keywords.
